Pegging Guide for Beginners

1. Preparation – the bottom should take a deep douche/enema 3-4 hours before pegging, or a quick, gentle douche just beforehand. It is important that they have emptied their bowels before starting too.

2. Assume the position! Choose from the three favorites;

• Bent over a surface slightly lower than waist height.
• Kneeling down, bent over the edge of the bed.
• Lying on the back in a missionary position. The most comfortable choice for pegging virgins, however less favorable in a sub/Domme relationship.

3. Wrap it up! Make sure you keep your sex play safe by using a condom, particularly if you plan on using the same toy with multiple partners. An added bonus of using a condom is that it will allow for quick and easy cleanup.

4. Apply plenty of lubricant to the toy and anus. Don’t be stingy; you need to look after that sensitive area! 

5. Precise penetration. Guide your back door buddy to its destination and slowly push inside. Don’t force it! Insert a couple of centimeters at a time allowing him to get used to the sensation.

6. Perfect those moves! Place your hands on his hips for support and push forward slowly and gently. Again allow him to familiarize himself with his new friend. Then pull back half way and thrust back in. Gauge your playmate’s reactions and experiment with what works best for you both.

7. Repeat as required and give your man the ride of his life!
