Sissy Anal Plug Guide

Why wear an anal plug?

Well there are many different reasons! it helps prepare for anal later on in the day. it is a great way to introduce anal play into the bedroom. for people who have a prostate you can get plugs that tickle your prostate so every movement is pure pleasure. plugs can have tails on them for pet play. they are a sexy secret that only you know about when you wear it out in public and no one but you knows. they intensify orgasms for all sexes and genders. they help get the wearer aroused and keep them horny. and besides all of that, they look cute in!

Decide on what type of plug you want

Silicone anal plug – smooth and not very heavy. come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. fantastic for beginners. very easy to put in as well as clean. make sure you get one that is 100% silicone and does not have any chemicals on it as that can hurt you.

Glass plug – smooth ad heavy. come in all shapes and sizes as well. recommended for more people who have done some anal play in the past or have worn plugs before.easy to clean. use with caution as they can break. the likelihood of this is slim if you buy a good one but if you are a scaredy cat like me then you will not use glass plugs

Stainless steel plug – smooth and kinda heavy depending on the size. came in all shapes and sizes and rather easy to clean. make sure you get one that is 100% stainless steel and does not have any chemicals on it as that can hurt you.

Tail plug – great for pet play. you can have ones that attach to clothing and ones that attach to a plug for insertion. the plug ranges in every material from rubber to glass. remember to take care of the fur attached to the tail as it can get dirty very easily.

Inflatable plug – not recommended for first time plug owners. typically made of rubber, these plugs start off small and expand inside. try when you are more advanced

Textured plugs – increase the feeling and sensitivity of the anus. not recommended for first time plug owners.

Electro-stimulation plug – ever heard of electro play? these plugs have electricity in them that can be activated so the wearer has a shock or tingling sensation inside their anus

Tunnel plug – plugs that have holes them and allow the wearer to have their anus visibly stretch and contract around the plug for anyone to watch.

Decide on the size

If this is your first time with an anal plug or experiencing anal play you should start with a smaller size. typically plugs come in three sizes – small, medium, and large. you can get anal training kits that come with all three sizes. but start out with the smallest size and once you feel confident with it and that it is too small then move onto the next size. DO NOT RUSH THIS. rushing this process can cause tearing.

Lubes

  • Oil-based lubricants –  easily found around the house, but aren’t safe to use with latex condoms. They can make the latex porous, or even cause it to rip and tear, thereby drastically increasing your risks of pregnancy or contracting STIs.Oils can also be hard to clean off of toys and skin. They can clog pores and provide an easy breeding ground for bacteria and infections. i.e Baby oil, mineral oils, petroleum jellies or hand creams.
  • Water-based lubricants – These are the most common type of lubricant. There are lots of different brands, but ones designed to mimic fertile cervical mucus with lower salt concentration than many leading lubricants are less likely to irritate sensitive skin, have no taste and feel like natural lubrication so it doesn’t interfere with oral sex or other types of sex play. When in doubt go with water-based lube
  • Silicone-based lubricants – has a very unique, silky feel that is soothing to the skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. Silicone is also hypoallergenic, so it’s a great choice for lube users with sensitive skin or allergies. And since these lubes contain mostly silicone instead of water, they often last longer and need to be reapplied less often.Like water based lubes, silicone lubricants are also latex safe and generally toy safe. DO NOT USE SILICONE BASED LUBE WITH RUBBER/SILICONE TOYS. it will break down the material over time causing it to become porous.

Training

  • start off with 5 or 10 minutes. do not rush into this. it is a process and pushing yourself at first is not good. just try to get a feel for the plug the first few times you insert it
  • gradually build up. you will not be able to wear your blog for 6 hours the first time you wear it. do not get flustered when you cant do longer. again, this is a process. if you can go one hour one day and then 30 minutes the next, great. it is whatever YOU can do
  • listen to your body. your body knows when it is done. listen and respect that. do not try and fight it. when your body is done, just take your plug out, clean it off, and try it again tomorrow or in a few days.
  • try to stay close to a bathroom. something they dont tell you is that you will randomly feel you have to put and that is because you do. so run to the bathroom, defecate, and if you want put the plug back in. if you feel you are done for the day then you are done
  • bring a plastic bag filled with lube everywhere with you. lubes dry out. water-based lubes dry out within an hour or two while silicone lubes dry out in a few hours. if you are planning on wearing your plug for an extended amount of time bring a bagging so you can reapply
  • bring an empty plastic baggy. this is in case you need to take it out at anytime. and you will most likely have to take it out a few times when you start to wear it for an extended time
  • stretch properly before hand. i dont care if you think you can fit the plug in your ass without stretching. stretch. this can cause damage. the first time i ever put a plug in i did not stretch and let me tell you i regretted it as soon as i took it out. some tearing did occur im not going to lie
  • bleeding afterwards is normal. if you are not use to anal play or anal stimulation you will bleed. you are not dying. there is nothing wrong. your anus is just getting use to being stretched like that
  • when you pull the plug out there may be feces on it. just wash it off, clean off your toy, and put it away. that is all.

How To Properly Stretch

  • preform and enema (optional but recommended). if you preform and enema wait an hour before placing anything in your anus so the natural oils can return. if you are not going to preform an enema then make sure you expel your bowels before inserting anything.
  • foreplay and arousal helps you relax which makes it easier to insert it. if you are tense the plug will have a harder time entering. try to relax yourself
  • lube up one finger place in by your opening. once the opening puckers around it then push it in. give your muscles a minute to adjust and then start wiggling it around. repeat this motion with each new finger added
  • lube up your plug. insert plug into anus. enjoy!
