Sissy Boi Dressed for an Outing

So I came home early from being away and caught Sissy Boi wearing real boy clothes.  I have now locked away all of his clothes and will pick out his outfits which he will wear or else go naked.  I also locked up his little clitty and that will not be getting out anytime soon.  We then went to the adult store nearest to us and I made him go in by himself after parking as far away as I could.  (Because of its location there is always a possibility of running into someone he knows.)
